Isolation Technology

Bearing Seaing Technology

  

Pharmacy equipment has very high requirement on the bearing sealing system, on one hand, it requires no oil leakage to prevent medicine from pollution and avoid drug safey accident; on the other hand, in CIP or SIP operation, water or steam with pressure can enter bearing system easily, which would affect the machine running.

On base of 2 consideration above, our bearing system has following features:

1.Bearing system is designed to be far from the milling area, which can reduce safety danger greatly.

2.Bearing system has both air sealing and labyrinth sealing, to ensure 100% success.

3.Bearing system has discharge outlet, and when there is impurity coming from sealing rings, such impurity can be discharged.

4.Food grade of lubrication grease is used for bearing, up to GMP and pharmacopeia.

Test Station

We have test station for drug sample trials, and do management according to GMP requirement, to prevent drug product from pollution to the extant and improve milled material collection rate. We can do small test, test and 1:1 test with your sample, and do particle size test and analysis for milled product. Our engineers would join the whole test procedure, and would be ready to listen to pharma experts’ advice. All test data and reasonable advices would be accessed seriously. All these works would ensure our machine up to GMP standard from design, manufacture to site operation.
